1. Shipping Areas & Carriers

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers
We use trusted domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check our website for future updates.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Products with specific shipping notices (such as “Pre-Order” or “Ships in X Business Days”) will follow the timeline stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Delivery estimates begin from the shipping date, not the order date.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.
  • Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

5. Order Tracking & Changes

  • After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@funcheese.online.
  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • Company Error (Defective or Incorrect Item):
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, SmartPowerHub will cover all return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
    For returns or exchanges due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

All orders are considered transferred to the customer once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. While SmartPowerHub is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when necessary.
